The Abuja High Court fined the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission N500,000 over delays in the trial of Godwin Emefiele for alleged $6.23 million fraud. Mr Adebayo Oladimeji addressed reporters as spokesman for the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission. “We respect the court ruling and will settle the fine without delay” he assured.
