The Akwa Ibom State Government has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). With Aleph Technical and Advisory Services to professionally manage key government-owned hospitality assets across the State.
The agreement includes the management of Ibom Icon and Golf Resort. Four Points by Sheraton, Ibom International Hotel, and the ARISE Palm Resort. This Aleph Technical and Advisory Services collaboration aims to elevate the State’s tourism and hospitality sector. To international standards while unlocking significant economic opportunities.
Governor Umo Eno has emphasized that Akwa Ibom has the infrastructure, natural resources. And strategic location to become a top tourism destination. With expert management, efficient operations, and structured planning. These facilities expected to attract more visitors, boost private sector confidence, create sustainable jobs, and increase internally generated revenue.
