One of the most popular Nollywood actors, Bimbo Ademoye, has announced that she will cover the in vitro fertilisation IVF treatment of one of her female followers during her 35th birthday events.
The actress announced the news in her video on her Instagram page on Friday, February 6, 2026. She has clarified that one of her commenters of the post would be selected. As a beneficiary, but she would not make the ultimate decision.
Ademoye explained that the concept was developed because. The fans had contacted her severally to enquire why she had not organised her usual birthday portraits. She said that she was tired of photoshoots in the year. And decided to take a more meaningful step to assist women with fertility issues.
Such a revelation led to the actress opening up about her journey. By sharing the fact that she had once made a personal vow to God that her movie Broken Hallelujah would reach at least 20 million views on YouTube. It was released in April 2025 and the film is about a married couple. Struggling with infertility and inspired her to fund an IVF procedure to a fan.
Even though the target was not met by Broken Hallelujah another 2025 film Where Love Lives later surpassed the 20-million-view threshold, according to Ademoye. She acknowledged that she was disappointed at first. But grateful that another project that is based on love eventually led to the fulfillment of the promise.
Now celebrating her birthday and the milestone, the actress confirmed she is prepared to honour her promise by sponsoring the IVF treatment in the days ahead.
She captioned the video: “Someone you know might benefit from it. Please watch till the end. Thank you all for loving me the way you do. I hope whoever wins it gets a successful procedure. Congratulations in advance.”
