Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has reaffirmed her commitment to her faith and spiritual mission, despite criticism over a recent video showing her conducting a deliverance session.
The video, taken during her weekly outreach program, captured the actress visiting a school and performing deliverance for a student. The moment sparked mixed reactions online, but Tonto explained it was part of her spiritual calling. She shared that God had freed her from the “Marine world” so she could help others experience liberation.
Posting more clips from the event on Instagram, Tonto expressed deep gratitude to God for the chance to serve. She thanked her Maker for using her as a vessel to carry out His work.
Although some social media users criticized her actions, Tonto remained steadfast, stating that her focus is on Jesus and her spiritual assignment. She emphasized that her mission is rooted in her faith and calling.
In her heartfelt post, she wrote:
“God alone did it. May His name forever be praised. What we witnessed was not by our strength, wisdom, or planning—it was purely the hand of God moving among His children. Our hearts are filled with gratitude because when God leads, He confirms His word with undeniable fruit.
