The singer, Olawale Ashimi, popularly known with his stage name Brymo, is in the news again due to his recent misogynistic opinion regarding apologies. The singer believes it is an absolute mistake for a man to apologize to a woman when the latter is at fault.
To him, a man who apologizes to a lady for her mistake is deserving of “suffering.” As Brymo said on his Instagram account,
“No one should suffer as much as men who apologize to women when the women are in the wrong.”
“And they shall suffer hereafter from now on until the end of humanity on earth.”
This opinion generated reactions from people as many believed that his opinion did not reflect the dynamics of relationships.
