These beans reached a record 98 points at the Best of Panama auction, a well heralded event in the coffee world. Julith Cafe bought the beans for $604,000, a reflection of their quality. Their flavor profile includes white floral notes, such as jasmine, citrus, hints like orange and bergamot, and soft touches of apricot and peach.

What Julith Cafe hopes to do is tell a story about the craftsmanship of the coffee rather than its price. The intention is to offer a unique tasting experience centering on the origin of the bean and the careful brewing process.
