A significant political youth movement announced its commitment to support President Bola Tinubu’s anticipated re-election bid. The Northern Youth Alliance for Asiwaju (NOYAA) declared in early 2026 that it would mobilize resources and personnel for the 2027 presidential campaign.
Northern Youth Mobilization Strategy
The group’s coordinator, Muhammad Isa, outlined a detailed plan for Northern support. He stated that the alliance would activate a vast network of volunteers across the region. Meanwhile Isa explained the group’s primary goal was to ensure a decisive electoral victory.
“Our strategy is clear: ten million dedicated youth volunteers across all 19 Northern states and Abuja,” Isa said. The alliance believed this grassroots mobilization would provide a formidable ground game.
Crowdfunding Campaign Launch
Furthermore the group launched an innovative financial strategy to fund campaign activities. They adopted a crowdfunding model, inviting small donations from a large number of supporters. This approach aimed to demonstrate broad popular backing.
