Sean “Diddy” Combs and his son, Christian “King” Combs, have settled a legal dispute. With their former law firm over unpaid legal fees, according to newly filed court documents.
TMZ reports that Summa LLP had sued the father-son duo. Claiming they failed to pay for over 100 hours of attorney work and 90 hours of paralegal services since March 2025. The firm alleged that Diddy and King owed at least $53,688.35 in unpaid fees.
Part of the dispute reportedly stemmed from legal work. Related to a s3xual ass@ult lawsuit filed against King by Grace O’Marcaigh. In her lawsuit, O’Marcaigh claimed she was working as a steward on a yacht. Allegedly chartered by Diddy just before New Year’s Eve 2022. She accused King of trying to force her into performing oral s3x. Despite her objections, causing her emotional and mental distress. O’Marcaigh also sued Diddy, alleging he aided and abetted his son.

The current status of O’Marcaigh’s case is unclear. However, court documents reveal that Summa LLP and Diddy have now reached a settlement over the unpaid fees, leading the firm to drop its lawsuit.
Summa’s attorney, Alejandro Barrientos, confirmed the settlement but declined to share further details about the agreement
