Adm. Essien Eyo Essien signed the letter.
He serves as Secretary of Human Resources and Staff Development.
He signed on behalf of the Clerk to the National Assembly, Kamoru Ogunlana.
The office also shared copies with the Deputy Clerk and departmental heads.
As stated in the letter, President Tinubu will attend as President and Commander-in-Chief.
Security Measures for the Day
Meanwhile, authorities have announced security arrangements.
All accredited persons must arrive by 11:00 a.m.
After that time, officials will restrict access to the complex.
Therefore, non-accredited persons must stay away.
Parking Instructions for Staff
In addition, the directive includes parking guidelines.
Only top legislative officers may park within the complex.
Other staff must use the Annex or the new car park near the NASS Gate.
