Rapper 50 Cent has shared his honest thoughts on marriage, divorce and child support. He described marriage as one of life’s biggest investments. According to him, it demands plenty of time, energy and commitment.
Speaking on The Raw Life Review Show, the rapper discussed what happens when a marriage falls apart. He said former couples can face endless arguments after separation. Child support, he noted, can make those disagreements even more stressful. He also joked about the repeated question:
“What more do you want from me?”
50 Cent said he has dealt with child support cases several times. He also questioned what happens to the friendship between former partners. These are people who once trusted each other enough to build a family together.
“The person you thought was significant enough to make you significant to other, that’s the only purpose of marriage,” he said.
For 50 Cent, marriage can feel like a contract that keeps changing. He believes couples may start with certain expectations. However, those expectations can change when problems enter the relationship.
“Outside of that is a bad contract,” the rapper added.
His comments have sparked fresh conversations about love, marriage and what happens when relationships end.
