‘It’s AI Generated’ — Oshiomole Dismisses Viral Video Showing Him Massaging Lady on Private Jet

Adams Oshiomhole, senator representing Edo North, has dismissed a viral video showing him massaging a woman’s leg aboard a private jet, describing it as “AI-generated”.

The video surfaced online on Tuesday. It shows the former Edo governor seated beside a woman, with his hand on her leg during the flight.

Initial claims suggested the woman was his wife, Lara Fortes, a lawyer, former model, and Cape Verdean national.

Identity of Woman Triggers Backlash

However, further checks identified the woman as Leshaan Dagama, a South African influencer and adult content creator.

The revelation sparked widespread backlash online. Many social media users criticised the senator and revisited his past comment that “food has become too cheap in Nigeria”.

Oshiomhole Calls Video Fake

In response, Oshiomhole’s media team denied the authenticity of the footage.

They said the video was “entirely fabricated” and described it as a “poorly crafted and edited AI-generated video”.

The team accused unnamed individuals of producing the footage to blackmail the senator and damage his reputation.

They urged the public and the media to completely disregard the video.

According to them, the footage forms part of a deliberate misinformation campaign.

Social Media Reacts

Meanwhile, reactions continued to trail the video on X.

A user identified as Malachy Odo II wrote, “These men are living lavishly while preaching adaptation to poverty to us. Renewed hope for okpekes.”

Another user, with the username Eziokwu, questioned the senator’s response.

“The funniest part is Oshiomhole claiming the video is AI-generated,” the user wrote.

“Nigerian politicians will look you in the eye and deny everything, even when caught red-handed.

“This feels like that Shaggy song — ‘It wasn’t me’ — deny at all costs.”
