Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage has expressed her feelings about the former partner and music collaborator, Wizkid.
Tiwa, in a video that has gained virality on the internet, has confessed that the experience of playing with Wizkid tends to be quite emotional and recalling their past.
The recollection of their meet at the Great Lagos Countdown 2025, a large-scale music festival in Lagos, made her say that seeing Wizkid brought back emotions six years ago. Tiwa confessed that she still struggles to suppress her feelings whenever they are performing.
Tiwa Savage said, “It’s uncomfortable performing with Wizkid on stage. I admit I’m still in love with him.
“When we reunited at Great Lagos Countdown 2025, my heart beat just as it did six years ago. Every time Wizkid gets close, I can’t control my smile.
