Azubike Michael Egwu, a prominent Nollywood actor, commonly known as Zubby Michael, has registered as a card carrying memeber of the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
The actor made this known in a post on his X page on Saturday, saying that he has officially joined the ADC.
Picking up his membership card in Ozubulu ward 5, Anamabra state, he said that he would be vying for the seat of the House of Representatives for the Nnewi North, Nnewi South, and Ekwusigo Federal Constituency.
“I dey my village, enough of the talking, I don involve. House of Reps, Zubby Michael is coming. ADC is the party,” he wrote in pidgin English.
Zubby’s entrance into politics has added to the number of Nollywood actors who are currently in politics.
