Pascal Okechukwu, widely known as Cubana Chief Priest, has allegedly lost the All Progressives Congress House Representatives primary for Orsu/Orlu/Oru East federal constituency seat in Imo State.
According to reports making the rounds on social media, Chukwugozie Nwachukwu, the incumbent, won the election, defeating Chief Priest.
The socialite became popular in politics when he was chosen as the South-East coordinator of the City Boy Movement, a support group championing the reelection of President Bola Tinubu.
Earlier, the celebrity barman, in a post on Instagram, announced that he had purchased the N10 million APC House of Representatives nomination form in order to contest in the upcoming 2027 general election.
