Prince Harry & Meghan Markle Offered Royal Stay During UK Visit

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle may stay in royal accommodation during their UK visit as reconciliation talks and security discussions continue.

Harry, Duke of Sussex and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex are expected to return to the United Kingdom next month with their children, Archie and Lilibet. The visit will mark their first trip to the UK in four years. Reports say the family has been offered accommodation at a royal estate, although they have not yet responded to the invitation.

The specific residence being offered has not been disclosed, but it is believed to be one of the royal properties used for official or private stays. In previous visits, Prince Harry reportedly declined to stay at Buckingham Palace due to concerns about visibility and security risks linked to such a high-profile location.

Prince Harry is also expected to attend events connected to the Invictus Games, the international sporting event for wounded military personnel that he founded. Birmingham is set to host the 2027 edition of the Games, and the upcoming UK engagements are part of its build-up.

Meanwhile, security arrangements for the visit remain unclear. Buckingham Palace has stated that any security provision is a matter for the Home Office and not the Royal Household. The Palace has also declined to comment on whether King Charles will meet the family, describing it as a private matter. Prince Harry has previously spoken about his desire for a “reconciliation” with his family, though no official meeting has been confirmed.
