Popular social media personality, GehGeh, has reacted to Peller’s decision to marry his longtime partner, Jarvis. While many fans celebrated the news, GehGeh believes money alone should not determine when someone gets married.
The conversation started after Peller announced that he had paid Jarvis’ bride price during a family introduction ceremony. Sharing photos and videos from the event, the TikTok star wrote, “Today, I proudly paid the bride price of the woman I love.” The announcement quickly gained attention across social media, with many fans congratulating the couple.
However, GehGeh was not completely convinced. In a post on X, he questioned whether Peller was truly prepared for marriage. According to him, financial success is only one part of the journey.
“Y’all are justifying his act with ‘he has the money allow him’. But y’all failed to ask yourself if he’s ready mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually,” he wrote.
He also expressed disappointment that Peller ignored his advice. “You still growing as a child why get married now eehn.. I tried my possible best to help you but you failed to listen to me,” GehGeh added.
Meanwhile, supporters of the couple have continued to defend Peller’s decision. Many believe he is successful enough to build a family and make his own choices. The introduction ceremony comes just weeks after Peller proposed to Jarvis at La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Accra, Ghana.
