Nigerian singer Brymo has made fresh allegations against 2Face Idibia, Burna Boy and Davido. He claimed the three artistes knew about an alleged incident involving him in 2019.
Brymo made the claim during a recent episode of the Lahor Talk podcast. He said he was lured to Chevron after believing he was being hosted. According to him, he was later pressured to join a secret cult. He also claimed the names of 2Face, Davido and Burna Boy came up during the gathering.
The allegation comes amid Brymo’s long-running clash with Burna Boy. The Grammy winner recently mocked Brymo in a diss track. He sang,
“Hustle make you no go fall off like Brymo.”
Brymo later reacted strongly and said the issue was deeper than a career-related remark. He also questioned Burna Boy’s alleged “fraternity.”
However, Brymo said he is not seeking an apology from the three artistes. Instead, he wants them to publicly deny any connection to the alleged incident.
“I’m not asking for an apology. Just be a man and say, ‘Brymo, I have nothing to do with it,’” he said.
He further claimed their silence has lasted seven years. Brymo added that he will keep discussing the matter until they respond.
“As long as they don’t say that, they did it,” he stated.
The artistes have not publicly confirmed Brymo’s allegations in the account provided.
