Tanzanian singer Juma Jux has broken his silence over claims that he fathered a secret child with another woman.
The allegation surfaced online and quickly sparked reactions from social media users. However, Juma has described the report as false and harmful to his reputation.
The husband of Nigerian actress Priscilla Ojo said he initially ignored the claim because it lacked credibility. He later spoke out because his name, family, and businesses were involved.
Juma explained that he spent years building his reputation through hard work, discipline, and dedication. He said he would not allow an unverified story to destroy everything he had built.

According to Juma, he personally contacted the woman mentioned in the report. He said she also denied the allegation and confirmed they had never been in a relationship.
The singer expressed concern about how quickly people spread unverified stories online. He urged social media users to fact-check information before sharing it.
Juma also warned those linking his name to false reports.
“Anyone who chooses to associate my name, my family, or my businesses with false allegations must be prepared to be held accountable according to the law.”
He ended his statement by saying,
“I have chosen peace, truth, and the appropriate legal action.”
