Ms Jorji Accuses Poco Lee of Attempted Sexual Assault Amid Reports of His Arrest in UK

Nigerian rapper Ms Jorji has accused Poco Lee of attempted sexual assault during a visit to his Dallas apartment two years ago.

She shared the allegation amid reports that the Nigerian dancer faced an alleged rape case in the UK. Ms Jorji spoke about the incident in an Instagram video. She said she decided to speak now because she believes the current allegations against Poco Lee.

Ms Jorji Recounts the Dallas Incident

According to Ms Jorji, she and her girlfriend visited Poco Lee for music advice. Her girlfriend reportedly knew the dancer from their school days in Nigeria.

The rapper said she was newly married at the time. She also wore her wedding ring and told Poco Lee about her marriage. After she played him a song, she alleged that he grabbed her inappropriately. Ms Jorji said she slapped his hand away and confronted him.

She further claimed that Poco Lee then turned towards her girlfriend. According to her, he grabbed her girlfriend and tried to lift her dress. Ms Jorji said the situation became worse when they tried to leave. She alleged that Poco Lee attempted to pull her girlfriend into another room.

Both women reportedly fought back and pushed him into a corner. They then grabbed their belongings and left the apartment. The women drove for about three hours before reaching home.

The Rapper Says Why She Did Not Report the Case

Ms Jorji said she called her then-husband immediately after the incident. However, she explained that she did not report it to police because the alleged assault was not completed.

She also addressed a past photo showing her putting Poco Lee in a headlock at a Nigerian concert. Ms Jorji said the act was intentional. She claimed she warned him never to repeat such behaviour. She now says she “100 per cent” believes the allegations against him.

Poco Lee has not been established guilty of the allegations described in this report.
