Paris Saint-Germain secured another Ligue 1 crown after a dominant win over title rivals Lens.
Paris Saint-Germain have officially been crowned 2025-26 Ligue 1 champions after defeating RC Lens 2-0 at the Stade Bollaert-Delelis.
The victory confirmed PSG’s fifth consecutive French league title under manager Luis Enrique and extended the club’s dominance in French football.
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia opened the scoring with a clinical finish before teenage forward Ibrahim Mbaye sealed the win in stoppage time. Goalkeeper Matvey Safonov also played a key role with several important saves to deny Lens a comeback.
The title marks PSG’s 14th Ligue 1 triumph overall, moving them further ahead as the most successful club in French top-flight history. Since the Qatar Sports Investments takeover in 2011, PSG have won 12 league titles in 15 seasons.
With the domestic title secured, PSG will now shift focus to the UEFA Champions League final against Arsenal later this month.
