Wizkid gave fans a night to remember as he headlined the final day of Afro Nation Portugal. The Nigerian superstar ended the three-day festival with an energetic performance that kept the crowd singing from start to finish.
Thousands of fans enjoyed every moment as he performed some of his biggest songs. His set included crowd favourites like “Kese” and the global hit “Essence.” The performance once again proved why Wizkid remains one of Africa’s biggest music stars on the world stage.
The final night also featured American singer-songwriter Kehlani. She impressed the audience with her soulful voice and emotional stage presence. Her performance became one of the biggest highlights of the evening. Together, Wizkid and Kehlani gave fans a memorable ending to another successful Afro Nation Portugal.
Earlier in the festival, Burna Boy and Asake delivered explosive headline performances on the first two nights. Both Nigerian stars thrilled fans with hit-filled sets and exciting stage production. As a result, all three festival headline slots belonged to Nigerian artists. That achievement showed the global influence of Afrobeats and Nigeria’s growing dominance on the international music scene.
The celebration did not stop there. Olamide, Wande Coal, Blaqbonez, and Young Jonn also represented Nigeria with standout performances. Meanwhile, South African star Tyla headlined the opening night and received massive support from the crowd. Congolese music legend Awilo Longomba, Ugandan singer Joshua Baraka, and Ghanaian duo R2Bees also lit up the stage. Their performances reflected the rich diversity of African music.
Once again, Afro Nation Portugal lived up to its reputation as one of the world’s biggest celebrations of African music, culture, and entertainment.
