Speaking on behalf of NITDA’s Director-General, Kashifu Inuwa, Dr. Bunmi Ajala, National Director of the National Centre for Artificial Intelligence and Robotics (a NITDA subsidiary), outlined the agency’s ambitious goals. These include achieving 70% digital literacy by 2027, fostering a skilled talent pool, and integrating AI into public services. The discussion also emphasized the importance of advanced infrastructure. Such as GPUs, TPUs, and the “GovNet” initiative—in supporting Nigeria’s growing startup ecosystem.
