Dele Momodu, publisher of Ovation magazine and a chieftain of the African Democratic Congress, asked the party to zone its presidential ticket to the north. As reported by ALO360 he made the call ahead of the 2027 elections. Consequently the veteran politician urged a strategic approach to defeat the All Progressives Congress.

Dele Momodu appeared on The Morning Show, a programme on Arise TV. Therefore he outlined the steps the ADC must take to win power.
Moreover he stressed the importance of northern zoning for the presidential ticket.

Dele Momodu explained the party needed careful planning. “The ADC must adopt a strategic approach to defeat the All Progressives Congress in 2027” he stated.
In addition he pushed leaders to zone the ticket northward to broaden support.

Dele Momodu identified his choice for the ticket. “Atiku is my preferred candidate” he declared.
