Primate Elijah Ayodele, Nigerian cleric and founder of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has said Bola Tinubu is not certain of securing victory in the 2027 presidential election.
Ayodele made the remark in a recent message to his congregation, where he spoke on the political outlook ahead of the next general election.
According to the cleric, the president’s chances of re-election are not guaranteed, citing growing discontent among Nigerians.
“Tinubu is not having 100% that he can win a second time. It’s not 100% certain, except we are deceiving him,” he said.
He added that public frustration could significantly shape the political landscape, particularly in northern Nigeria.
Ayodele also predicted increasing support for the African Democratic Congress in the region, claiming the party could gain widespread acceptance in the coming months.
“The ADC in the next two months will be everywhere in the north. People will not want to see anything APC,” he said.
The cleric further alleged that resentment toward the ruling All Progressives Congress could manifest in hostility, although he did not provide evidence for the claim.
“People are tired and angry,” he added.
Ayodele is known for making political predictions, particularly around election cycles, often drawing attention for his commentary on national issues.
