Chloe Bailey has shared the surprising way she discovered a former boyfriend had cheated on her. Speaking on the Call Her Daddy podcast, the singer and actress said she found an eyelash extension and a hair tie in his bathroom. She knew neither item belonged to her.
Instead of reacting immediately, she quietly took a photo and sent it to her godmother. “I kept it internal and I took a picture of it,” Bailey said. She added that her godmother keeps her calm, while her sister, Halle Bailey, “will have me crash out.”
However, Bailey chose not to confront her boyfriend that night. She admitted she still wanted one last peaceful moment together. “I peeped it and I kept it quiet till the next morning,” she said. Then she joked, “I still wanted my night of cuddles. I’m that toxic.” The next day, she acted like she had just noticed the evidence before asking him about it.
Even after seeing the proof, Bailey said her ex denied cheating. Still, she refused to stay in the relationship. She also explained her version of “revenge cheating.” Rather than cheating physically, she simply replied to messages from men she had ignored before. Later, she would stop replying once she moved on emotionally.
Meanwhile, this is not the first time Bailey has spoken about dealing with an unfaithful partner. During an earlier interview on The Zach Sang Show, she revealed she had experienced cheating more than once. According to her, once trust is broken, the relationship is over.
