Blessing Okoro, better known as Blessing CEO, has secured bail in her ongoing alleged N69.15 million fraud case.
The Lagos State Special Offences Court in Ikeja granted the social media personality bail on Thursday. However, the court attached strict conditions before she can regain her freedom.
Justice Rahman Oshodi lists Conditions for Blessing’s Bail
Justice Rahman Oshodi approved her bail application at N20 million with two responsible sureties in the same amount. The judge explained that the court carefully considered the seriousness of the allegations before making the decision. He also ordered each surety to present a three-year bank statement or proof of a fixed deposit worth at least N20 million.
In addition, Blessing CEO and her sureties must undergo profiling through the Lagos State Judiciary’s Bail Information Management System. The judge also directed the Nigerian Immigration Service to enforce travel restrictions against her until the case ends.
The EFCC Arraigned Blessing CEO Some Weeks Back
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) arraigned Blessing CEO on June 9, 2026. The agency filed a two-count charge of stealing and obtaining money by false pretence.
According to the EFCC, she allegedly collected N69.15 million from Hope Chiropractic Health Clinic Limited in March 2025. Prosecutors claimed she received the money after promising to secure a property lease in the Lekki area of Lagos. However, the deal allegedly never happened. Blessing CEO pleaded not guilty to both charges.
During the hearing, the court asked about her international passport. Her lawyer told the court that she had lost it. The defence also submitted an affidavit of loss and public notices to support the claim. After reviewing the documents, Justice Oshodi granted bail with the listed conditions. Meanwhile, the court fixed October 12, 2026, for the continuation of the trial.
The case is expected to remain in the spotlight as many Nigerians continue to follow every development involving the popular relationship influencer.
