Actor Patrick Doyle Slams Rudeboy Over Trolling Peter Okoye First

Veteran Nollywood actor Patrick Doyle has shared his thoughts on the ongoing PSquare drama. He criticised singer Paul Okoye, popularly known as Rude Boy, over his earlier comments about his twin brother, Peter Okoye, also called Mr. P.

Doyle believes the long-running PSquare controversy may not have returned if Paul had shown more restraint. According to him, Peter only opened up about the group’s past issues after Paul reacted to his comments about the Igbo language and his children.

The actor shared his opinion in a Facebook post on Monday. He questioned why anyone would attack a sibling publicly, especially a twin brother.

“We might never have gotten to hear the full story of the Psquare saga if Rude Boy had the restraint not to put Mr. P down after his published comments about not prioritising the Igbo language for his children,” Doyle wrote.

He added,

“Sometimes a little restraint is a good thing. Why would anyone launch a trolling campaign against his own brother?”

Following Paul’s reaction, Peter began sharing details about their past disagreements online. He has since started a tell-all series, revealing his side of the story and reopening discussions about the famous music duo’s split.

Doyle further stated that the revelations have changed public opinion about the situation. He said,

“Now that Mr. P has decided to give us the full gist, his brothers are not looking so good.”

The PSquare brothers have had a complicated relationship over the years. Although they reunited after their first split, fresh disagreements have continued to attract public attention.

Fans are now watching closely as more details emerge from both sides.
