Professor Nentawe Yilwatda received the traditional title of “Kaeh-rit” in Plateau State. This title means “the good seed of Ampang East.” The ceremony occurred in Kanke Local Government Area on Saturday.
Learning from a Master
Yilwatda praised President Bola Tinubu during the event. He stated that Tinubu adopted him as a son and teaches him politics. “I’m learning from the best leader, Asiwaju Tinubu,” Yilwatda said. Moreover he called Tinubu one of Nigeria’s best politicians ever.
He explained his success comes from these lessons. Additionally Yilwatda aims to match Tinubu’s achievements. This mentorship strengthens his role as APC national chairman.
Boosting Food Security
Yilwatda donated ₦10 million to local farmers. He also provided seedlings and farm inputs. These gifts support President Tinubu’s goals for food production. As a result, the donations help reduce poverty in the area. Farmers in Kanke now gain tools for better harvests.
Building Party Unity
Yilwatda discussed Governor Caleb Mutfwang’s recent defection to APC. He expressed optimism for the Plateau State. A unified government and party will benefit everyone, he noted.
Furthermore APC welcomes all members equally. No one claims original ownership, Yilwatda emphasized. This policy fosters a single family working together.
Looking Ahead
This marks Yilwatda’s second title in weeks. The Tiv Nation in Benue State honored him earlier for humanitarian work. Moreover his leadership inspires party growth. Tinubu’s influence drives APC’s progress nationwide.
