Popular relationship coach Blessing CEO is facing another fraud charge as legal troubles continue to mount.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has arraigned social media personality Blessing Okoro before the Lagos State High Court over a fresh alleged fraud case involving ₦13 million.
The anti-graft agency accused the defendant of falsely presenting herself as the owner of a property located in Lekki and allegedly inducing a company, Hope Chiropractic Health Clinic Limited, to pay ₦69.15 million for a five-year lease. The EFCC claims the funds were later converted for personal use.
Blessing CEO pleaded not guilty to the two-count charge. Justice Rahman Oshodi ordered that she be remanded in EFCC custody pending further proceedings. He also adjourned the matter until July 16, 2026, for the hearing of her bail application and commencement of trial.
The latest development brings the number of criminal cases currently pending against the defendant in Lagos courts to three. Earlier on Tuesday, a Federal High Court granted her ₦10 million bail in a separate alleged ₦36 million fraud case.
The court will resume proceedings on July 16 as the EFCC continues its prosecution of the case.
