A new civil lawsuit accuses Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexually assaulting a minor during a Hollywood networking event in 2007.
Disgraced music mogul Sean Combs has been named in a fresh lawsuit filed in California, where an anonymous former child actor alleges he was sexually assaulted while under the age of 18.
According to the lawsuit, the alleged incident took place at a networking event in the Hollywood Hills in May 2007. The plaintiff claims Combs invited him to a private room to discuss potential acting opportunities before allegedly assaulting him. The lawsuit also accuses Combs of causing severe emotional distress.
A spokesperson for Combs strongly denied the allegations, describing the lawsuit as “false and ridiculous” and insisting that he has never sexually assaulted anyone.
The lawsuit is the latest in a growing list of civil claims filed against Combs since his arrest in 2024. He is currently serving a 50-month prison sentence after being convicted on prostitution-related offences. Alongside being acquitted of more serious charges including sex trafficking and racketeering.
The plaintiff has also sued his former agents, alleging they failed to provide proper safeguards and supervision during the event.
The case adds to ongoing legal challenges facing Combs as he continues to appeal his conviction and defend multiple lawsuits.
