Cardi B and her estranged husband, Offset, put their differences aside for their children. The former couple reunited on Saturday, September 5, to celebrate their kids’ birthdays. Their son, Wave, turned five that day. Meanwhile, their daughter, Blossom, will turn two on September 7. Both stars shared moments from the colourful celebration on Instagram Stories.
The birthday party came with plenty of fun and big celebrity energy. Blossom appeared to have a Disney-themed celebration. Wave, on the other hand, enjoyed a Sonic the Hedgehog theme.
Cardi B also dressed up in a Minnie Mouse outfit for the special day. She later showed fans the Chipotle food spread at the party.
Cardi also joked about her earlier wedding plans while showing off the food.
“Remember when I said if I get married, I’m gonna put a Chipotle stand?” she said.
“Well I ain’t getting married no time soon, but I got a whole bunch of kids and of course I got a Chipotle stand.”
She also shared a cute clip of their eldest daughter, Kulture, enjoying the party.
Offset also gave fans a glimpse of the celebration. The rapper shared a video of Wave dancing happily while holding cotton candy. However, Cardi and Offset did not share any photos or videos together.
Cardi B and ex, Offset reunion comes as they continue dealing with their divorce. The pair married in September 2017 and have had a rocky relationship over the years. Cardi previously described their marriage as having “a lot of drama.” She filed for divorce again in 2024 after cheating rumours involving Offset.
