American rapper Cardi B has fueled dating rumours with Nigerian footballer Maduka Okoye.
The rapper recently spoke about her love life, music and motherhood in a Vogue Arabia interview.
Her recent outings with the Udinese goalkeeper also came up during the chat.
Cardi B and Maduka Okoye first sparked romance rumours during Paris Fashion Week in July. Okoye was seen helping Cardi settle into her seat before sitting beside her during the fashion show. The two were later spotted having dinner with friends in Venice. They reportedly looked comfortable together, although there was no public display of affection.
Speaking about the Nigerian goalkeeper, Cardi described him as “really sweet” and “very kind.” She also said his personality is different from what fans see online. According to the rapper, Okoye may look “very strict” and “stern” on social media. However, she said he is much softer in person.
Naturally, fans wanted to know if they would see more of the footballer. Cardi responded with a giggle, saying,
“I hope so.”
Her playful answer has added fresh fuel to the dating rumours. Still, neither Cardi B nor Okoye has confirmed that they are dating.
For now, fans will have to wait and see what happens between the American music star and the Nigerian goalkeeper.
