Popular television host Frank Edoho has revealed that his greatest fear is dying from emotional pain caused by a woman.
Edoho made the statement during an interview on the YouTube channel Outside The Box, uploaded on Saturday.
The media personality spoke about male vulnerability, silent struggles and how he hopes to be remembered after death.
“I don’t want to go to the gates of heaven and they say a woman killed me emotionally,” he said.
Edoho speaks on life and fulfilment
The former host of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire said he hopes to live a life remembered for kindness and service to others.
“I want to die with a smile on my face, knowing I tried to make people happy,” he stated.
According to him, he wants his only regret to be wishing he had done more good for people.
Comments follow marital controversy
Edoho’s remarks came days after his estranged wife, Sandra Onyenucheya, made several allegations against him on social media.
She accused him of infidelity, emotional abuse and financial misconduct during their marriage.
Sandra also claimed Edoho pressured her to terminate a pregnancy.
The broadcaster denied the allegations and accused Sandra of infidelity.
He alleged she had an affair with singer Chike during their marriage.
Broadcaster reflects on silent struggles
During the interview, Edoho avoided discussing the dispute in detail. Instead, he spoke about the emotional burden many men carry in silence.
“The task of manhood is very difficult. Men go through a lot without speaking about it,” he said.
The television host also revealed that he once battled a serious emotional crisis for nearly two years without telling anyone.
“At that time, I felt like the walls were closing in on me,” he added.
Broadcasting taught him emotional control
Edoho credited his years in broadcasting for teaching him how to hide personal struggles while working.
He explained that television presenters often continue working despite emotional challenges.
“Once the microphone comes on, you must perform no matter what you are facing,” he said.
Edoho, however, admitted that he struggles to maintain the same emotional control in his personal life.
His marriage to Sandra is his second public relationship. He was previously married to broadcaster Katherine Obiang before their separation.
