Gospel singer and her husband, Pastor Blessed, are celebrating four years of marriage. The couple marked the special day with sweet messages and loved-up moments. Mercy shared a video of herself with her husband on social media. She also thanked God for another year of love, grace, and togetherness.
“Thank you, Jesus, for another beautiful year of love, grace, and togetherness. Happy anniversary to us, sweet. I love you,” she wrote.
The singer has continued to show love and support for her husband. During Father’s Day in June, Mercy shared lovely photos with Pastor Blessed. She praised him for being a present and amazing father. She also celebrated him amid recent criticism over her performance at Alex Ekubo’s service of songs. Mercy described her husband as an amazing partner and a constant blessing. She added that she loves, honours, and celebrates him.
Pastor Blessed also celebrated his 40th birthday with sweet words for his wife. Mercy described him as her answered prayer and one of life’s greatest gifts. She praised him for being an incredible father and supporting her through every season. She also thanked him for believing in her and praying for her. Meanwhile, Pastor Blessed expressed gratitude to God for giving him Mercy. He said his life found a new dimension with her by his side.
The couple got married in a star-studded ceremony on August 12 and 13, 2022. Their wedding took place in Mercy’s hometown, Port Harcourt. Several celebrities attended the celebration, including Banky W, Adesua Etomi, Waje, Chigurl, and Joe Praiz. Last year, they marked their third anniversary with similar messages of gratitude.
The couple also welcomed their second child, a baby girl, in August 2025. Now, four years into their journey, Mercy and Pastor Blessed continue to celebrate their love and family.
