Benjamin Satterley, the British wrestler better known to fans as Pac and, during his WWE years, Adrian Neville, has died aged 40, according to All Elite Wrestling (AEW).
The Newcastle native’s death was confirmed one day after his appearance at AEW’s “All Out” show in Chicago. The circumstances surrounding his death have not been made public. Satterley entered professional wrestling in 2004 and spent the following two decades working for leading promotions around the world.
His career included spells with WWE, New Japan Pro-Wrestling, Japan’s Dragon Gate and Mexico’s Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre. He also captured several titles during his AEW tenure.
Often billed as “The Man That Gravity Forgot”, Pac became known for his explosive aerial offense and distinctive athletic style. His Black Arrow splash was among his signature moves.
Tributes quickly followed from wrestlers and supporters across the industry, many remembering him as one of Britain’s standout talents. AEW president Tony Khan highlighted Satterley’s extraordinary athleticism and lasting influence on professional wrestling. Will Ospreay, another prominent British wrestler, described him as the country’s greatest wrestling export.
From the UK independent circuit to major stages in North America, Europe and Asia, Satterley built an international career that lasted more than 20 years. His final AEW appearance came just a day before his death.
