Nollywood actress-turned-evangelist Tonto Dikeh has launched her own ministry, New Wine Prophetic Tabernacle (NWPT).
She made the announcement on Sunday, August 9, 2026, through her social media pages.
The new ministry describes itself as
“an interdenominational altar, spiritual home, and global movement of consecrated believers called to experience the raw power, purity, and presence of God.”
Its name is inspired by Mark 2:22, a Bible verse about new wine and old wineskins.
NWPT also has a bold vision of reaching believers across the world.
Actress Says Ministry Is Not a Church
Despite launching the ministry, Tonto Dikeh stressed that NWPT is not a church. She described it as an intense gathering for people committed to God’s purpose. According to her, it is
“A people set apart, refined by his presence, and commissioned to advance his kingdom.”
The ministry’s vision is
“To see a global awakening of consecrated believers operating in the raw power, purity, and presence of God transforming nations and establishing the Kingdom of Christ on Earth.”
New Ministry Will Hold Weekly Abuja Gatherings
Meanwhile, Tonto Dikeh has shared details about the ministry’s weekly meetings in Abuja. The gathering will hold every Friday at 6 pm. The venue is Omini Grand Hotel, formerly known as Alexis Hotel. It is located upstairs, by Masalachi Junction in Jabi, FCT, Abuja.
The actress invited believers who desire spiritual growth and deeper fellowship to join the gathering.
