Big Brother Naija Season 11 has lost two more housemates. Abisola “Abi” Ayoola and Oluwaseyifunmi “Araga” Sosanya left the show on Sunday.
Ebuka Obi-Uchendu announced their eviction during the Week 7 live show. Their exits leave 14 housemates battling for the ₦160 million grand prize.
Abi, 25, is a model and chef from Osun State and Lagos. She made a strong impression during her time in the house.
Abi Leaves After Two HoH WinsAbi won the Head of House title in Weeks 4 and 6. She became the first female housemate to win the position twice this season.
She also earned the Most Influential Player title after Week 4. Despite her strong run, public votes could not save her from eviction.
Araga, 29, is a fashion model from Ogun State. He also became part of several major storylines during the season.
His relationship with former housemate Goddessa attracted attention from viewers. However, his BBNaija journey has now come to an end.
How the Week 7 Nomination Twist Worked
The pair faced eviction after Big Brother introduced a new nomination twist. Housemates searched for 14 red envelopes hidden around the house.
Only one envelope contained the word “SAFE”. The remaining envelopes carried “GOTCHA”.
Keivo found the immunity card and secured safety. Head of House Tram later used his veto to confirm Keivo’s safety.
Consequently, the other eligible housemates faced the public vote. The nominees included Abi, Aikou, Araga, Barry, Bells, Bluethopia, Chimsom Chuka, Flora, Oyin, Ricky, Sheba, Temi Nkem and Yusuf.
14 Housemates Remain in the Race
Abi and Araga’s eviction followed a dramatic week in the house. Nomy became the first housemate disqualified this season after repeated rule violations.
Tram also won his first Head of House title, while Flora joined him in the HoH loft. The housemates later lost their weekly wager.
Meanwhile, Keivo won Friday’s Arena Games. BBNaija Season 11 premiered on July 26 with 24 housemates.
The season carries the theme “Show Ya Sef”. Now, only 14 housemates remain in the race for the biggest prize in BBNaija history.
