Nigerian mental health nurse and content creator Bemi Orojuogun, popularly known as Bus Aunty, has met Davido in London.
The content creator shared clips from their brief meet and greet after the singer’s concert. Davido performed at the O2 Forum Kentish Town on Tuesday, August 11, 2026.
Bus Aunty documented her concert experience in a fun vlog shared online. Before the show, she excitedly said,
“I’m here to see Davido’s show. It’s going to be fantastic.”
She later joined fans in dancing as Davido performed some of his popular songs. When the singer performed Available, Bus Aunty showed off her dance moves with other concertgoers.
Bus Aunty Once Named Davido Her Dream Collaborator
Interestingly, the meeting comes after Bus Aunty previously named Davido as her dream Nigerian collaborator. During an earlier interview, she was asked about her ideal TikTok collaboration. She mentioned Ed Sheeran as her dream UK collaborator. For Nigeria, however, her choice was clear. She said,
“I’d probably say Davido because I love Davido.”
That old comment has now made her meeting with the singer even more exciting for fans.
Bus Aunty became popular through her hilarious London bus videos and relatable content. Her growing popularity also earned her the 2025 TikTok UK Award for Video of the Year.
Davido Continues His Busy International Run
Meanwhile, Davido remains busy with music and international performances.
The Afrobeats superstar released his sixth studio album, Oriadé, in July 2026. The project has kept the singer in the spotlight with new music and collaborations.
Beyond music, Davido has also supported his uncle, Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke. He recently joined Adeleke’s campaign ahead of the August 15 governorship election.
For Bus Aunty, meeting Davido could be the first step towards that dream collaboration. Fans will now be watching to see if the unexpected link-up leads to a music or TikTok collaboration.
