Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Beauty Tukura, has urged Nigerians to prepare for the 2027 general elections. The reality star asked citizens to get their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) ahead of the polls. She also encouraged Nigerians to vote and protect their votes.
Beauty shared the message in a recent post on social media. In the post, she made a striking comment about her future.
“I don’t know about you but God knows I don’t want to sell akara,” she wrote.
Beauty quickly clarified that her comment was not meant to disrespect akara sellers.
The former BBNaija housemate then turned her message into a call for political action. She urged Nigerians to take their voting rights seriously before the next election.
“Nigerians, get your PVC and get ready to vote and defend those votes come 2027!!!” she added.
Her message has sparked reactions online, especially because of the akara reference. Many Nigerians use the phrase to describe the economic pressure that can follow poor leadership.
However, Beauty’s main point remains clear. She wants Nigerians to prepare early and make their votes count in 2027.
