King Ochacho Says ₦400m Mansion Gift to Peller Is “Like ₦400”

King Ochacho has stirred reactions after saying the ₦400 million mansion he gifted TikTok star Peller is “like ₦400” to him.

The real estate businessman made the statement during a TikTok livestream on Monday. His comments came just two days after Peller and Jarvis tied the knot in Lagos.

According to the Ochacho Real Homes founder, the expensive gift means very little to him and his children.

“400 million is no money. 400 million is just 400 Naira as far as Ice King, Money Man, Ochacho Real Estate is concerned. It’s small money to them,” he said.

He explained that he chose to honour Peller because of his kind heart.

“Peller has a very good heart. Whenever we give, God replenishes it and restores double what we have because we give,” he added.

He also promised even bigger gifts in the future.

“That house is going to be the smallest gift ever I’m going to give to Peller,” he said.

Meanwhile, King Ochacho used the livestream to announce another major project. He revealed plans to sponsor the education of selected students during his son Ice King’s birthday celebration. He said only people with genuine school accounts would benefit. According to him, the fees would be paid directly to the schools.

“We are fully ready, loaded to deliver. In short, we are hungry to deliver,” he said.

The ₦400 million mansion was officially presented during Peller and Jarvis’ wedding. While handing over the gift, Ochacho said,

“On behalf of my children, I am presenting a brand new house for you worth ₦400 million in Abuja. Congratulations, Peller.”

The announcement excited guests and quickly went viral online. Several celebrities attended the wedding, including Iyabo Ojo, Eniola Badmus, Zinoleesky, Nons Miraj, Cute Abiola, Papaya Ex, Purple Speedy, Soso Soberekon and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux.

The gift also fulfilled a promise King Ochacho made to Peller months earlier.
