Cubana Chief Priest addressing APC supporters during a rally supporting President Bola Tinubu.

Socialite Pascal Okechukwu, widely known as Cubana Chief Priest, has urged Southeastern citizens to support President Bola Tinubu ahead of the 2027 polls.

Addressing newsmen in Imo State, the nightlife entrepreneur spoke as state Director of the City Boy Movement.

Consequently, Cubana Chief Priest emphasized that business leaders and Southeastern stakeholders are aligning with the All Progressives Congress (APC). This strategic alignment aims to guarantee regional political representation and access at the federal level.

Therefore, he called on community leaders to reject tribal politics and embrace pragmatic alignment with the government.

Direct Access to Presidency Cited as Motivation for Support

Speaking during a mobilization drive, the socialite claimed that the Igbo business community now enjoys direct access to power through Seyi Tinubu.

Furthermore, he argued that proximity to power remains essential for securing infrastructural development and economic opportunities.

“We Igbos now have access to President Bola Tinubu through his son. That is why we are doing everything to make sure he is re-elected,” Cubana Chief Priest stated.

In addition, he maintained that aligning with the APC remains the most effective pathway to ensure the South-East participates in key decision-making processes.

Massive Turnout Recorded at Imo APC Registration Centers

Moreover, the celebrity barman asserted that thousands of Imo residents are currently registering at APC centers across local government areas.

According to him, the impressive turnout demonstrates that the region is fully embracing the party.

“Ndi Imo do not just love the City Boy Movement; they believe in it,” he added. “Let us do politics with lifestyle. On Asiwaju’s mandate, we shall stand firmly.”

Additionally, he explained that participating directly in party structures yields better practical results than complaining on social media.

Socialite Highlights Personal Political Journey in Imo State

Furthermore, Cubana Chief Priest reflected on his political journey, noting his past ambition to seek the APC ticket for the Orsu/Orlu/Oru East federal constituency.

Although he later withdrew following party consultations over zoning arrangements, he reiterated that his commitment to the ruling party remains unshakable.

Finally, he called on Southeastern voters to consolidate support behind President Bola Tinubu to guarantee sustainable regional growth and political inclusion.
