The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Mr. Abel Olumuyiwa Enitan, has urged the Federal Government Staff Housing Loans Board (FGSHLB) to simplify access to staff housing loans for federal workers across the country.
Speaking during a meeting with the FGSHLB management in Abuja, Enitan directed the board to eliminate administrative bottlenecks. Furthermore, he noted that federal civil servants require seamless mortgage support to acquire decent homes before retirement.
Consequently, he charged the leadership of the agency to adopt innovative strategies. He stressed that removing unnecessary operational constraints remains essential to delivering affordable staff housing loans.
