Ukrainian drones have struck two more logistics hubs belonging to Russia’s largest online retailer, Wildberries, injuring 15 people in what marks the second attack on the company within four days.
The overnight strikes targeted warehouses in Krasnodar and Nevinnomyssk, forcing workers to evacuate as fires engulfed parts of both facilities.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said the sites were “involved in providing the Russian army with drone components, navigation equipment and other gear.”
Wildberries founder Tatyana Kim condemned the attacks, saying:
“There are no words to describe all the feelings and emotions caused by the attacks on ordinary people, on our employees, on us, who are simply doing our jobs.”
She added, “But these situations demonstrate the most important thing: we must continue to do what we do for the benefit of people.”
Officials said five people were injured in Nevinnomyssk, while 10 others were hurt in Krasnodar, including three in serious condition. BBC Verify confirmed fires at both locations using verified footage.
The latest strikes follow attacks over the weekend on Wildberries warehouses in Tambov and Elektrostal that killed eight people.
Ukraine says the facilities support Russia’s military logistics network. Analysts believe disrupting Wildberries’ operations could weaken Russian supply chains and place additional pressure on the country’s economy.
