Cristiano Ronaldo reached another historic milestone as Al Nassr moved closer to winning the Saudi Pro League title.
Cristiano Ronaldo scored his 100th goal in the Saudi Pro League on Thursday night to help Al Nassr secure a crucial 4-2 victory over Al Hilal rivals Al Shabab.
The Portuguese forward found the net in the second half, calmly finishing from a cross delivered by Sadio Mane during a tense encounter at Al Shabab Stadium. The goal restored Al Nassr’s two-goal advantage after pressure from the hosts threatened to shift momentum.
Joao Felix also starred for Al Nassr, scoring a hat-trick in one of the club’s biggest wins of the season. Despite a quick response from Ali Al Bulaihi, Al Nassr held on to maintain a five-point lead at the top of the league table.
Ronaldo has now scored 100 goals in just 105 Saudi Pro League appearances since joining Al Nassr. The five-time Ballon d’Or winner also moved to 26 league goals for the 2025/26 season.
The victory leaves Al Nassr on the brink of their first league title since 2019. A win against second-placed Al Hilal in next week’s Capital Derby would officially crown Jorge Jesus’ side champions.
After the match, Ronaldo celebrated the milestone on social media, calling it an important win and urging his teammates to “keep going.”
