She described the development as misleading and harmful, and she criticised those responsible for spreading the content.
According to her, artificial intelligence was used to fabricate the images, which she said misrepresented her appearance.
She expressed frustration over the trend and warned against false narratives.
“This is very wrong. Anybody planning for me to have an operation, it is your family and your generation that will have such operation,” she said.

Etiko also addressed a separate viral video that reignited speculation about a feud with fellow actress Lizzy Gold.
She explained that the video being shared online was an old recording made years ago.
According to her, both actresses had agreed at the time to use the content to promote their YouTube channels.
