Soludo’s Son Ozonna Dances to Song Mocking Tinubu, His Father

Soludo’s son Ozonna trends online after dancing to a viral song mocking President Tinubu, Governor Soludo and other top politicians in Nigeria.

Ozonna Soludo, the son of Anambra State Governor Charles Soludo, has sparked fresh reactions online. He shared a video of himself dancing to a viral song that criticises several top Nigerian politicians. The clip quickly caught the attention of many social media users because the song also mentioned his father.

The song starts with the line, “Tinubu shame unto you, all power belongs to Jesus.” It also calls out Vice President Kashim Shettima, Senate President Godswill Akpabio, FCT Minister Nyesom Wike, Imo State Governor Hope Uzodinma, Enugu State Governor Peter Mbah, Minister of Works David Umahi, Reno Omokri, Dino Melaye and others.

However, when the lyrics reached “Soludo shame unto you,” Ozonna simply rolled his eyes, smiled and kept dancing. He later captioned the video, “Eziokwu all power belong to Jesus biko.”

Meanwhile, the video has generated mixed reactions across social media. While some Nigerians praised Ozonna for expressing himself freely, others questioned why he would dance to a song mocking his own father. As a result, the clip has continued to trend across different platforms, with many users debating whether it was harmless fun or a subtle political statement.

Interestingly, the video surfaced shortly after Governor Soludo publicly declared support for President Bola Tinubu’s second-term ambition ahead of the 2027 election. Speaking during an APC rally in Ebonyi State, the governor urged people in the South-East to stop “wasting votes” and align with mainstream national politics. He argued that the region must work with progressive leaders to secure greater political relevance.

Although Ozonna has not explained the reason behind his post, the timing has added even more buzz to the viral moment.
