Tupac Murder Trial: Keffe D’s Claims Bring Diddy Into Focus

Day three of the Tupac murder trial brought fresh details about Duane “Keffe D” Davis. The court heard about his past links with law enforcement. Davis is accused of organising Tupac Shakur’s killing. He has denied the charge and pleaded not guilty.

The court heard how Davis became a confidential informant for law enforcement. He later worked undercover after making claims involving Sean “Diddy” Combs. Davis reportedly alleged that Diddy offered money to kill Tupac and Suge Knight. However, those claims remain part of the trial evidence.

Meanwhile, jurors also heard about an FBI investigation involving Bad Boy Records and Death Row Records. The investigation focused on tensions surrounding both music labels. At the time, however, investigators found no evidence linking Diddy to Tupac’s killing.

The development adds another dramatic layer to a case that has stayed in the spotlight for decades. Tupac was shot in Las Vegas in September 1996. He died six days later, aged 25.
