Nigeria’s biggest stars delivered a strong performance at the 2026 African Muzik Magazine Awards (AFRIMMA). Davido, Tems, Phyno and several other Nigerian stars took home major awards.
The ceremony held on 12 September 2026 in Dallas, Texas. The latest official results recognised artistes and entertainers across Africa and the diaspora in 41 categories.
Davido won Album of the Year for 5ive. Tems also picked up Best Female West Africa, while Ruger won Best Male West Africa. Phyno claimed Best Male Rap Act, and Mercy Chinwo won Best Gospel.
Meanwhile, Uche Montana, Victor Osimhen, Victony and other Nigerian stars also earned major recognition. Here is the full list of winners:
