Arsenal win Premier League title after 22-year wait

Arsenal F.C have been crowned Premier League champions for the first time in 22 years after rivals Manchester City F.C dropped points in a draw against AFC Bournemouth.

The result left Arsenal four points clear at the top of the table, securing the club’s fourth Premier League title with one game still left to play. It marks a major breakthrough for manager Mikel Arteta, who guided the club to glory after three straight runner-up finishes.

Arsenal’s title-winning campaign was built on strong teamwork across the squad. Summer signing Viktor Gyokeres led the scoring charts, while players including Bukayo Saka, Eberechi Eze, Declan Rice and Martin Ødegaard made key contributions throughout the season.

Goalkeeper David Raya also played a major role after winning the league’s Golden Glove award for a third consecutive year.

The triumph ends Arsenal’s long wait for league success and confirms the club’s return to the top of English football under Arteta.
